Teenagers

The Bible says, "Let no man despise thy youth." We know the teenage years can be difficult, so we try to create an atmosphere that is fun, exciting, and uplifting.
Our teenagers are involved in Sunday classes, weekly outreaches, monthly activities, annual trips, retreats, programs, and more. Everyone is welcome to attend. Our teen group meets every Sunday morning for Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. where we study the Bible on a more personal level. We believe today's teens are tomorrow's leaders, so we try to equip them to the best of our ability. If you are a teenager looking to get connected in a church and transportation is an obstacle, please give us a call at 250-365-7373. Music
|
The music ministry is an important complement to the services here at Castlegar Baptist Church. Our music program is conservative with music that ministers to the heart, prepares us for the preaching, and gives us a desire to serve our great Saviour. We sing hymns and choruses that give honour and praise to the Lord.

Nursery
|
Our well-staffed Nursery is provided for our Sunday morning and Thursday evening services. Your child will be well supervised while you enjoy the service. We don't consider the toddlers too young to learn about Jesus: a short song and story time are often part of the nursery atmosphere.
